In 1995, RikRok went on his tour as a backup singer in Dancehall diva Petra. He went back to continue his education after this tour. Rickardo was offered the deal of songwriting by Shaggy’s manager.
In 2001, Rickardo went popular for singing the biggest hit of those years “It Wasn’t Me”. He was also on the song’s video which was equally popular.
